My Ministry

I am an experienced facilitator, supervisor, spiritual director and retreat facilitator. I offer a wide range of services including workshops, facilitation, bespoke courses, retreat and days of reflection as well as supervision and spiritual direction. I am an accredited Spiritual Director and Retreat Facilitator (AISGA) with more than 25 years experience. Over the years I have worked extensively in the UK and Ireland with laity, clergy, religious, and those in training for ordained ministry both Roman Catholic and Anglican.I'm experienced in facilitating small groups, the training of Spiritual Accompaniers, Directed, Input, Guided and Creative Processing retreats, workshops in personal/spiritual development and the facilitation of on-going spiritual development groups. I spent 7 years as an Ecumenical Chaplain at two Universities. And have taught Spirituality and Pastoral Theology on a Degree Course in Applied Theology.I am an APSE (Association of Pastoral Supervisors & Educators) accredited Supervisor and sit on the Executive Committee of the Association. I'm actively involved in promoting supervision and reflective practice in a wide variety of contexts including Education, Spiritual Direction, Chaplaincy, Parish Ministry and the wider people focussed professions. I hold a Masters Degree in Celtic Christianity, Postgraduate Diploma in Consultative Supervision, Postgraduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution Skills as well as a Professional Certificate in Mediation Skills and Certificate in Facilitation Skills. I have training in Narrative and Gestalt Therapy as well as Conflict Transformation. I'm interested in using reflective conversation in both visioning and discernment work. I'm also interested in the creative arts and storytelling and use these in my ministry.
